My room was spacious well appointed, with a nice-sized balcony, armchairs, and a safe. The breakfast was large with so many options for all dietry requirements covered and the food was good.

Incredibly nice staff, pleasant views over the bay, everything is wonderful. Its rooms are good sized and beautifully designed for a nice stay for our first holiday together. The location is marvellous, relatively near Lake Martianez Leisure Park. Btw, it's set in a peaceful area just off taxi or shuttle and Puerto-harbour-restaurants-shops.

The pool area is excellent too. Nice food served, like cereal and fruit.

Breakfast was super and marvellous, I liked almost everything.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, next to beach. The rooms they have were airy and recently renovated with the bathroom, a balcony, as for instance.

Airy and neat room with a good size balcony, a storage space, and armchairs. Plenty of options, outstanding food. Superbly friendly staff and particularly good and beautiful location right by close supermarkets, the old town, the beach, restaurants, parking.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was not only fairly quiet, but also bright. Had modern facilities, such as an air conditioner and Wi-Fi. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, historic gardens was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Well, the area was very busy overall.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the relaxed and luxurious feel of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The breakfast options were awesome, and the bathrooms were lush. The highlight was the incredible shower that we wished we could take home. The swimming pool was also lovely. we had a fantastic experience.

Nice, renovated, quite elegant four star hotel. Clean rooms with nice tv and modern bathroom. We stayed at the 10th floor and had a nice view. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool with spa facilities. Nice view to the ocean and seashore. The hotel is located near a big outdoor, natural swimming pool with ocean water, but you have to pay for entry. Excellent Wi-Fi connection in the room and the lobby. Good food with shampagne at breakfast :). Very friendly and helpful staff that among other things, tolerated our kids playing all the time with the revolving door and the lifts. The receptionists helped us to book trips to Teide volcano, Loro Park and even called a taxi of our choice when we needed it.

Not for family with small kids, even if the friendly hotel staff is trying hard to cope with this challenge! Maybe for families with older children. The hotel is tall, so you are scared when the kids go to balcony. The beach near the hotel cannot be used, as it is full of stones and if you enter the sea you could really break your legs, as the waves are very strong and the water is full of big rocks. Still this beach can be used by surfers, but not by the swimmers or children. The hotel is far (25 minutes walk, which can be a nightmare with kids) from the only beach worth visiting, which is Playa Jardin that comprises 3 beaches. The 3rd one is the best and it is for kids, too. The hotel is far from the bus station (20 min walk, if you don't have kids with you, otherwise can be longer :), if you want to travel to another town. This a hotel for young couples that would stay longer in the room and for older folks that come there for the spa treatment.
